The Race Track Industry Program has gained worldwide recognition for the annual Global Symposium on Racing & Gaming held in Tucson, Arizona each December since 1974.

The first meeting attracted approximately 45 people and focused on a single topic. In December of 1978, the annual seminar expanded to multiple topics and attendance rose to 185.  This began the trend that has taken the meeting to its present place as the largest racing conference in North America.

The Symposium attracts attendees who represent Thoroughbred, Standardbred, American Quarter Horse and Greyhound interests from across North America and the world. Topics presented during the event include cutting-edge issues and trends of importance to the pari-mutuel industry including simulcasting, account wagering, marketing, track surfaces, casino gaming, human and equine health issues, track operations, new technologies and regulation.

Symposium speakers represent the Who's Who of the racing and gaming industry as well as specialists from outside the field of racing.

Where better to introduce, and host, the Innovators’ Circle than at North America’s largest gathering of international industry professionals?  The Innovators’ Circle partnership with the Symposium is the perfect fit as it showcases cutting edge ideas and innovations to racing industry leaders who are all at the same place at the same time.
